3rd Segment of the Public Service Leadership Excellence Programme

The Head of Public Service and Secretary to the Cabinet led a delegation of Permanent Secretaries to Singapore for the third segment of the Public Service Leadership Excellence Programme which run from 26th – 30th May 2025.

This initiative aims to equip Uganda’s public sector leaders with insights from global best practices, fostering stronger coordination and more effective service delivery across the country’s public institutions.
