As is the practice, the 11th Permanent Secretaries Meeting of 2026 was held on Tuesday, 3rd November 2026 in the Cabinet Library on 6th Floor, Office of the President Twin Tower Building. The Meeting was chaired by the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet.
