Integration of Scientists who were formerly in UCDA and DDA into the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries

In line with the implementation of the Rationalization of Government Agencies and Public Expenditure (RAPEX), the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet convened a meeting to discuss the quick integration of the Scientist who were in the Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA) and Diary Development Authority (DDA) into the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries.

The Meeting was attended by the Deputy Head of Public Service and Deputy Secretary to Cabinet; Deputy Head of Public Service, Office of the Prime Minister; Permanent Secretaries from the Ministry of Public Service and that of Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Cooperatives; Secretary, Public Service Commission; Executive Directors from UCDA and DDA and officials from the two authorities.
