Swearing-in and handover Ceremony for the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director, Kampala Capital City Authority

The Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet presided over the Swearing-in Ceremony for the newly appointed Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority. The Ceremony took place at the Mayor’s Parlor on Wednesday, 8th January 2024.

The Minister and State Minister of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs were in attendance. Other officials who attended the Ceremony included the Deputy Head of Public Service and Deputy Secretary to Cabinet; the Secretary, Office of the President; Permananent Secretary, Ministry of Public Service; Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government; the Lord Mayor and his Deputy among others.

Following the Swearing-in Ceremony, the outgoing Executive Director, KCCA, Mr. Frank Rusa handed over a number of documents to the incoming Executive Director, KCCA, Hajjat Sharifah Buzeki as she prepared to take on her new responsibilities.
