Knowledge Sharing Session on the Performance Management Framework in the Public Service

The Office of the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet organized a knowledge sharing session on the performance management framework in the public service on 25th October 2023 in the Cabinet Library on 6th Floor of the Twin Tower Building, Office of the President.

Among other items on the Agenda of the day, was a presentation on the Republic of Kenya’s experience regarding performance management so as to draw lessons on how to improve performance management in the Uganda Public Service.
