Induction of the newly appointed Ministers of State

The induction of the six (6) newly appointed Ministers of State was held on Wednesday, 3rd April 2024 in the Cabinet Library, 6th Floor, Office of the President Tower Building.

The purpose of the induction was to provide information to the Ministers on the what to expect when they take on their new roles as well as provide them with information on how the Government functions.

The indction was conducted by the Cabinet Secretariat and the team was led by Mrs. Lucy Nakyobe Mbonye, Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet; other facilitators included Ms. Deborah Katuramu,Deputy Head of Public Service and Deputy Secretary to Cabinet; Amb. Ssentongo Charles, Chief of Protocol; and Dr. Sengonzi E. Damulira, Under Secretary, Finance and Administration, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
