Expansion of the Functions of the United Nations Regional Service Centre, Entebbe (RSCE)

On Wednesday, 10th December 2025, the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet convened a meeting in the Cabinet Library on the 6th Floor of the Office of the President Tower Building to deliberate on H.E. the President’s request to the United Nations Secretary-General regarding the expansion of the functions of the United Nations Regional Service Centre, Entebbe (RSCE).

The meeting was attended by the Permanent Secretaries responsible for Foreign Affairs and Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, together with their respective technical teams.
