Meeting to discuss the justification of regulation of roads under the current amendment of the Building Control Act

The Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet convened a meeting on Tuesday, 21st October 2025, at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the justification for the regulation of roads under the current amendment of the Building Control Act.

The meeting was held in the Cabinet Library, 6th Floor, Office of the President Tower Building, and was attended by the Deputy Head of Public Service and Deputy Secretary to Cabinet; the Deputy Head of Public Service, Performance and Service Delivery, Office of the Prime Minister; the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Transport; and staff from the Office of the President and the Ministry of Works and Transport.
