The Swearing-in of the newly appointed Principal Private Secretary to H.E. the President, Ms. Asio Gloria Omaswa and subsequent Handover of office by the outgoing Principal Private Secretary to H.E. the President who was appointed the Minister of State, Office of the Prime Minister (Northern Uganda) took place on Tuesday, 26th March 2024 in the Cabinet Room, 9th Floor, Office of the President.

The function was presided over by the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet and attended by the Secretary Office of the President. State House Comptroller, Under Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat and various staff from State House.
