Study on the Public Service Pay Policy and Strategy

The Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet commissioned a study on the Public Service Pay Policy and Strategy, with the aim of highlighting the underlying issues about this Policy so that they can be addressed, in the interest of Public Service delivery.

A team led by Dr. Mary Wenene Theopista, Secretary, Health Service Commission undertook and concluded the study  on the same, a  report was presented and handed over to the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet on 25th October 2023.
